We are open for rentals! We welcome returning renters, or if you are new, simply email us an introduction including how you found us, and your level of BDSM experience. We like to know who we are renting to. We have upped our already meticulous cleaning standards, feel free to reach out with any questions.
Subhabitat bdsm was designed from the ground-up to be a luxe kinky oasis, a fully-equipped fetish space available to rent for personal play and exploration, content creation, fetish education, and personal photography. Subhabitat is available to rent to kink coaches, educators, professional & lifestyle dominants. We limit the total number of renters to six people max, but talk to us if you’d like to host a larger event that we could assist with.
With $400 you can rent our dungeon for six hours.
Note: If six hours will be too much of time for you on a stretch, you can decide to spread your hours into three ( this gives you the opportunity to visit the club three time for two hours each time you visit and this is valid for 48 hours before expiration). We check all renters in with a basic waiver and brief tour. We will be there for check-out as well to answer any questions. If you are a return renter, we now offer overnights! Please reach out for more information.
If you would like to schedule private playtime, please register with us. The booking process will allow you to see available times in the calendar and select the rental length. Please note, sometimes the calendar can be adjusted to fit your time frame so reach out directly to inquire if the time slot and length appears unavailable. Note: unfortunately our space does not have ADA access and there are stairs to get to the unit we are in.
Rentals include the entire private space and the fetish gear and amenities listed below:
- Bondage table with horizontal cage.
- Four-door vertical cage with built-in restraint points.
- Height-adjustable leather hanging sling with foot stirrups and multiple restraint points.
- Two suspension hardpoints (anyone using the space for rope suspension will need to clear this by us prior for safety reasons).
- Spanking bench/horse with restraints.
- One-ton chain hoist, with spreader bar and suspension cuffs.
Photography & Content
The space is available to book for private boudoir photography as well as content creation. Due to the presence of natural light during day times, we included in the hourly rental, multiple LED lights which work well for video or still photography.
Coaching
Not sure what to do in our space? Both Mistress Sarah and Mistress Emily are available for coaching sessions to walk you through the vast possibilities that Subempire bdsm offers.
Our male dominant men are also at your services just like our mistresses, it will be our pleasure to serve you.
